Hello!

Welcome to my holiday lookbook. I'd decided to go to Greece for my first holiday in over 10 years, the reason being that I went there a lot in my youth so it was somewhat familiar. I had never been to crete; a piece of Greek Island just under the mainland if Greece, it looks tiny but there is a lot to it - more about that in posts to come. 

The first day of any holiday is usually the one you find your feet with, you have a little nosey then you decide how you can spend each day productively - or relaxing. But not for us, we decided to trek up to the main town which was about 5 miles, we walked there and back. It took a lot of energy out of us but it was exercise and we definitely got a feel for the island. We saw some absolutely stunning churches and scenery on the way to the town centre and even a couple of schools! 

I'm wearing a cute little vest top from New Look, it has frilly crochet on the bottom, giving that boho look I adore. My Forever21 Aztec print cotton shorts were my key piece throughout my holiday, admittedly wearing them almost half the holiday. I do enjoy simple outfits like this, they're comfy and practical and stylish.. Win - Win right!? X
