Easy Fitness videos on YouTube via PopSugar

I find it super hard to stay fit for long, I am one of these people that will just give up after a two week win and a month later I'm back on that bandwagon. It's mainly because I feel it takes up time & I would rather relax.
I follow a blog / online magazine called PopSugar and I originally used them for Fashion but when I saw that they had a YouTube channel with various workouts it got me more interested.
The story goes that my old workout DVD broke so I thought "where else can I get a quick fitness workout".
A quick YouTube search led me straight to PopSugar's Channel and you can see it here. Admittedly this got me excited when I saw they had 5 minute workouts and 10 minute workouts; not so much time consuming, right!
I've tried and tested a lot of warm ups in my lifetime, and I honestly believe that this one here is the most fun & easy one there is. Below I have listed some of the ones I've done, enjoy x
The Ultimate Warm Up before working out - this is so fun & it's easy peasy while being versatile.
10 Minute No equipment workout at home - This is tough for me but being only 10 minutes I try as hard as I can in that time.
Belly Fat Blasting Workout - My oh my, this makes you work hard and you feel it after!
5 Minute Flat Belly Ab Workout - for only 5 minutes this standing up ab workout is great!
Tabata Workout to Tone Everything in 10 Minutes - I found this one a little later than the rest but I really enjoyed it, it keep your motivated and focused.
