I was craving some pizza today, but instead of buying one or ordering one in, I decided to just see what I had in the cupboard and work something out. Luckily I've always got tomato puree on hand & a load of pittas in the freezer, so it's just a matter of cheese and veg! 
After eating both of these I felt instantly full and happy that I had a pizza fix!

2 Corriander and Herb Pittas
Tomato Puree
Sliced Fresh Tomatoes 
25g Double Glouchester Cheese
