Super fast Singapore noodle dish

Singapore noodles add instant flavour to plain vegetables or white rice, giving a little chilli kick. This Singapore noodle dish is so simple to make and works as a hearty lunch box meal or quick snack before adventuring out.
This quick and easy Singapore noodle dish can be made on the go and for lunch at work by reheating in a Tupperware box and add extra soy sauce after heating for added flavour.
Ingredients:
Singapore Noodles
1 steam bag of veg (I used sweet corn, carrots and broccoli)
A handful of red jalapeƱo
Soy sauce
Method:
Heat a wok with stir fry oil the get the frozen steam bag if veg and put in the microwave for 3.5 mins. While the veg is cooking toss the Singapore noodles into the wok and cook through. Add in the red jalapeƱo to the noodles. One the veg has cooked convert it to the wok and blend everything together, add soy sauce and mix in. Once ready serve in a bowl.
