My daily makeup kit

Everyone has their selection of goodies to make them feel their best on a casual day, looking in someones makeup bag is a bit like exposing in one's privacy.. so this will be interesting. I have a small collection of make up, I think it's a good thing. I know what I like and what works, so why change it? I hope you enjoy taking a nosey!

1. 2true eyeliner
Not the most expensive brand out there and honestly this is why I chose it at the time. The brush is so easy to use and its waterproof - need I say more? The liquid lasts for a reasonable amount of time which is good for a cheap eyeliner. I would recommend this and I am going to buy this again, maybe one day 2true will take over the eyeliner world...one eyelid at a time.

2. The Body Shop Blusher
I've never really saw The Body Shop as a place to buy make up, but a friend recommended it to me. Blusher is something that should be taken lightly on the skin and that is why I went for a light pale colour. Just enough to add colour to the cheeks and not looking overly done, everything should look natural especially on a daily basis.

3. Rimmel London eye shadow
I love Rimmel London's selection of eye shadow, specialised for each type of look - rock, glam, girly or natural. The natural / neutral selection is definitely my favorite, it tones your eyes making the eyes brighter and awake. There are four shades to choose from, pale, light, medium and a nice glittery dark shade which can create a smokey look.

4. Maxfactor Mascara
In my previous post I have spoken about my ultimate favorite mascara from Maxfactor. I can't fault this mascara (apart from I want unlimited stock) its great for every day use, the mascara doesn't get all spodgy on the brush. Each use is a clean-cut brush stroke. I highly recommend this one, really - go get it..right now.

5. Lord&Berry Foundation Cream
This is a new collection to my makeup bag and I enjoy using it. The bottle makes it easy to control the amount of foundation you need and thats a really important thing for a smooth layer on the face. The cream is gentle but it isn't as watery as some foundations I have come across so it definitely is made from good ingredients.
