Low Cal Meat Free Burger with Veg

Healthy Burger idea

Before I became a vegetarian (many, many moons ago) I use to have beef burgers every week (sometimes twice) thats how much I LOVED them..

Since I'm trying my very best to control my intake of food (as I'm writing this I'm literally eating a massive bag of crisps!) I've been more conscious of how many calories I intake each day. I've started using My Fitness Pal again, but I'm trying to take it more seriously. So, this weekend I made myself a Quorn burger with side veg thats super quick to make, sooo delicious & low in calories.

This is a great option for any vegie, but if you love meat & want to have a break from it, try this burger - I promise you'll love it.
