I've recently had a craving for fries but I don't have a fryer which is annoying because I loved homemade chips when I use to live back home! I've tried to bake chips using multiple methods, from par boiling before putting them on the bare tray, or baking them solid coated in oil with a tin foil base. The final method of microwaving the potato chips for 2 minutes and popping them in the oven with no oil, but with non-stick foil is a winner! If you've had the struggle, I would really recommend investing in non-stick foil, its more expensive, but so worth it!

Another thing I love is cheese...cheese topped fries to be exact... my oh my this is so scrumptious, although I know that I just ruined a really heathy bowl by topping lots of cheese on top (opps?!).
