I love meeting with my friend on Sunday, we always bring a mixture of healthy and non healthy snacks to eat over a film, how pretty is this setup?
(Tortilla chips, short bread fingers, strawberries, grapes, salsa dip)
I'm trying to cut down on dairy and now I make non-cheese tortilla pizza instead of ordering a calorific takeaway (secretly I'm sobbing)
(Tortilla wrap, tomato and garlic puree, peppers, onions)
This mid-week roast was just what I needed, after all, its been soo cold out and there's something so comforting about mash and gravy!
(Potaotes, cauliflower, onion gravy, cabbage, Quorn southern fried chicken burger)
I love pasta, its so versatile and simple to make if you're in a hurry or really hungry.
(Asda's special swirl pasta, Quorn meatballs, peppers, onions, Asda tomato and garlic pasta sauce)
